I am a new member, why I cannot reply the passages?

Newbies are PROHIBITED to reply to most of the thread throughout the forum, according to some discriminating rules. You can complain but nobody cares.

Do not misdirect new members if you are not sure,now ban you to visit.Who ever that read this,bear in mind,do not test my patient since I had already given him chances.Since his last replied on other thread which also misdirected and saying nonsense,take it as lesson.
