I cannot reply to the post, even in the newbie training section. could anyone tell me why?

you cannot reply to the post due to your low level, only level2 and above are allowed to reply. In newbie training section, all users are not allowed to reply.

Newbies can only post there but cant reply... i think like that.

just keep on reply until you have 225 gold. You can gain 1 gold by replying a thread in most boards. Be sure to read the board rules before you post any reply.

you can reply in some boards under 休闲 section.

is ist possible to reply in english? or is it chinese only?

it depends. For BT section, it is okay to reply in English, but keep in mind that your reply must be more than 10 words. One more thing, DO NOT SPAM or you will be fined.
