墨鱼蛋羹（9P）
周日在家做成，味道鲜美，与大家共享：

1、选北海墨鱼适量K?%V3F-{D$f'tz
2、温水浸泡1小时

3、清水浸泡5分钟

4、剔除墨鱼骨、切碎墨鱼肉#QK5k.K*d&K \+H
6、放入打散鸡蛋中搅匀、放入食用油、食盐、1-2滴醋rg!hr8Q#|E(l^
7、隔水蒸10分钟左右，放入碎大蒜叶

8、再蒸5分钟、浇上麻油即可。

这蛋羹一定好吃，我以前用过扇贝柱做蛋羹，这样的蛋羹有种独特的味道很开胃，让人不愿意停口
