逛市场看到很新鲜的带鱼卖,皮光肉滑,看着就诱人。这带鱼应该是冷藏回来的,没经过冷冻,看到这么新鲜的好东西,俺是不会放过滴,哈哈。买了一斤回来,想着这麽新鲜的鱼,清蒸应该不错。果然,带鱼清蒸也非常的好吃,鱼肉鲜嫩,甘香,好喜欢。"n? V1{\Q4Z

材料:带鱼一斤,姜葱蒜、生抽适量。;H"S8ARr]
