[原创]西兰花肉丸[13P+验证1P]
[color=Blue][size=4][color=Purple]去年夏天吃瑞典肉丸吃到吐,以至于一年内再没碰过,现在竟然又有些怀念。昨儿去超市,忍不住买了一盒回来,还是选择了土掉渣的做法,油煎以后配菜:s_3: [/color]VWd

芡汁:淀粉2茶匙,奶油(黄油)5公克,菜汤(或者肉汁)1小碗,酱油,黑胡椒粉,盐

3.肉丸下入蒜油里中小火煎,不停翻滚,至表面煎成深褐色#b){m8[6OM T ?z

4.肉丸出锅,西兰花用盐开水灼烫半分钟后摆在肉丸周围。灼西兰花的水留着。z*c3iJ*ew"vPP

5.开始做芡汁。奶油入锅小火融化,加入淀粉,炒拌均匀1DoxT ]+^

6.加入一小碗之前灼西兰花的水,搅匀,煮至沸腾后小火继续煮1-2分钟,不停搅拌至浓稠。加入胡椒粉,酱油,盐,搅拌均匀。
