香鲜辣的金针菇煲
将金针菇洗净放入砂锅内摆好,五花肉在开水中先焯一下,放清水煮成八分熟,放凉切片,放在金针菇上,按自己喜好加盐、料酒、鸡精、生抽少许,花椒几粒,喜欢辣的可以放干椒辣、豆瓣酱的也可以放上一勺、我放的是椒辣末,放入肉汤,没有就放清水,盖过肉一些。就可以开始煲了,先大火煮开,10分钟后转小火20至30分钟,最后撒上少许香菜或芹菜,浓香鲜辣的金针菇煲就好了!天凉了,做一个热呼呼的砂锅煲吧,全家人都会喜欢的!祝各位朋友好喟口!{$J;}1f B5Z7x
