首先把四季豆焯水烫熟~~一定要烫熟,生的四季豆食用多的话会中毒的哦 ? p7nc~

然后将干虾洗净用开水泡上`

约50g的火腿切成小细丁~~~目的只是为了菜中能增加腊味~~提高口感~所以不要太多了哦~要不就喧宾夺主了哦`~%x3[)p)O8Z)l+XsA

两只干虾切成细丁备用,一会要炒进菜里面,为了菜的美观加重菜的虾味道~~让菜和外围摆设的虾子口感融合~~

开始红烧干虾~~干虾最好是用煮,炖的方法处理~~这样就能尽量恢复它原有的味道~~而且能让肉质丰满,细嫩.

将四季豆切丁~~~先下火腿和虾子炒出香味后倒入四季豆翻炒*}8^^3tcsK!_
