帝皇蟹三吃[20P]
[b][color=#0000ff][size=4]买到一只很靓的帝皇蟹,外壳里面还有一层软壳,裹着饱满的肉和很多呈浅黄色的膏,味道鲜美清甜,是我尝过最美味的。因为是新年第一次帮衬朋友的海鲜行,他等于是半送的,象征性的只收约80元人民币。这只大家伙非常的沉重,一掂就知道很肥满。虽然没有秤过,但应该有1.5 - 1.8公斤。

1。先以大火蒸20分钟,取出后经过一番拆,剔,挑,拣,将各部位的肉分类起出后才开始动手做菜。大腿肉为精华所在,取出后不沾任何酱料直接吃,难以形容的鲜甜美味和充满弹性的细嫩口感。

2。小腿肉和体内的碎肉剔出满满的一饭碗,扣于盘里。围以烫熟的耶菜和草菇,淋上以高汤/红油/盐/太白粉水煮成的玻璃芡即可。3q5TWWW|V
3。将取出的蟹膏/汁,加两大匙蟹肉,豆腐脑,一饭碗高汤,蘑菇片一起煮开,用少许盐调味,太白粉水勾芡。撒上蒜白丝,淋红油即可。8z y%mp{6F&^
