[b]做法 :[/b]鸡打理干净,将糯米/紫米塞进肚腔。竹筒洗净,将所有药材置筒底,将鸡塞进竹筒(头下腿上),加入一大匙米酒,半茶匙盐,注满清水,取一张浸湿的绵纸铺盖于竹筒口上。大锅里注入清水(足够淹及竹筒的一半)烧开,将竹筒移至锅里以大火炖25分钟后转小火继续炖90分钟即可.[/size][size=4] BF~akhNcA e9E
