主料:草鱼鱼尾(其它的鱼炸不了的,费油还炸不透,菜场都有专门卖这个的)

3、将油放入锅内,油量要多些,大概半锅,油烧熟后将鱼尾放进去,炸10-15分钟,至金黄,要不然不好吃不要怪我呀%MasJ/Z$iN&\/e

4、炸好后,将油倒出,但留少许油在锅里,再放入刚准备好的红和青辣椒、姜、蒜、酱油、少许鸡精、盐、味精、干辣椒末,再在出锅时不要忘记放些香葱哦+dt ~|z3x!F

5、装盘.提示:这个菜是不辣的呀,新鲜辣椒不会辣,关键是看你自己放多少干辣椒末了,有些朋友担心会辣,其实不会啦!
