3.用清水泡木耳,另一个碗中泡上海米,个人认为木耳用凉水泡就可以,海米最好用开水或温水泡,这需要一段时间 所以先泡上,等下用的时候可以直接取了,节省很多时间n&[9W*v*y"Q7U8j

6. 准备鸡蛋,鸡蛋打散,用个不粘锅放少许油炒一炒就可以了,别的啥都不用,下图位炒好的鸡蛋,剁碎备用即可%]t(c`!p$KY
