这道菜虽然美味,但是会花费很多时间,而且要注意,在塞田螺肉糜的时候,塞多了,则太实,不入味也不方便食用,塞少了则太松,稀稀拉拉的好像在喝汤,不松不紧正相宜,食用时稍用力就能吸出完整的肉田螺。
