馅料:3肥7瘦的肉末,最好是自己拿整块的肉来剁,会比超市里已经做好的肉末有韧性些, 姜末用手工切的,不是很好,最好还是用那种擦蓉的工具,弄成姜蓉,口感更细腻,生粉、胡椒粉各少许。
