言归正传,话说前两天那个蹄花儿发出来以后,立刻就有满怀正义感的TX跳出来指出LZ肿么憋了几天就憋出那么个木有技术含量的菜,虽然嘴巴上要绞一哈,但是心里那个痛苦啊···杯勒个具····难道我滴水平仅止如此么?!LZ痛苦得日思夜想···脑筋转了N圈终于想到排骨上来了~~~其实说实话一直不太喜欢吃排骨,老是觉得排骨的肉有点蠢,比起禽类动物的肉质来说偏老许多,所以也很少做排骨,即使做不外乎就是红烧 清炖

首先是主角哈,不过这个不是排骨,是特意选择的颈骨,肉贩说这块的肉质最是活动细嫩。把颈骨宰小以后用黄酒 盐 花椒腌渍起来Hw1F&K^(E#Z

配料准备完毕开始生火做菜,先来炒排骨。热锅冷油,油辣了以后先下骨头多的中火炸一会儿,之后把肉多的倒下去,所以图片看到有两种颜色的哈?i6yG-oZ

最后来谈谈心得嘛,总的来说还是很好吃滴请各位尽情拍砖,不过就算你们拍我还是要自我表扬滴猪骨的肉质一点也不老,还比较Q弹,估计是因为选取部位滴原因吧,花菜虽然看起最多,但是最先消灭完滴也就是它哈,四季豆少了,可以翻个倍那么多!

干锅生炒骨楼主选材的确很好,猪牛羊等颈骨都是活肉,所以此道菜一定好吃。
