这次来煎牡蛎饼,[color=Blue]制作过程[/color]:{A.c\Yv
1.把牡蛎洗干净,加盐,揉均匀,加入小麦粉,再揉均匀,放入鸡蛋和,再揉均匀,再放入鸡精和胡椒粉,再继续揉均匀,过程不能着急,慢慢来;*C,\6W6|,~e

2.把切碎的洋葱和焖好并揉碎的紫菜放入上面的盘子,继续揉均匀,如果发现不够黏,再加入小麦粉,继续揉均匀;V

3.放油入已经预热的不沾锅后,盛半勺先放入,不用太多,然后用勺压平,用中火慢煎,切记不能着急,大概10分钟左右,翻一面继续煎,此时注意,油可能不够,再从牡蛎饼旁边加入少许,继续中火慢煎。5-10分钟火候后,若两面都成焦黄色,即大功告成!拿来下酒那时最合适不过了!希望大家都试试看!AB5vYF-q
