　　　　Peter Tchaikovsky created some of the most romantic and beloved music ever. Surely he must have a man sensitivities for above human passions and pitfalls. Not so, says Ken Russell (Women in Love, Crimes of Passion), director of the lavish Tchaikovsky bio-pic The Music Lovers. Declaring that he was “fed up with the reverential treatment of musical heroes,” Russell sold his film to backers by describing it as a “love story between a homosexual and a nymphomaniac.”                                                                     　　It’s a love story unlike any other, filled with one bravura visual flourish after another. 最后他也挨开水烫了我一阵莫名的感动，安排他和母亲同样的死法（甚至镜头也类似？待确认）是否也是一种隐喻... 妻子的戏份超乎想象地多女演员超强><愿意为她把看恋爱中的女人的顺位上调。风格上不愧是早期，画面美多了也正常（？）很多，还没有过几年出现的那种集中轰炸式抽象（只有最后一部分的那一点），对我并不需要特别的心理准备...但对普通观众来讲应该依然是骗进来创的程度？

难以置信这竟是1970年的片子。描画手法天马行空，夸张出神蒙太奇。
